I know what you’re thinking: Fraud is boring. Serial killers, that’s what sells. But who doesn’t love to read about betrayal, double-dealing and treachery? And it’s no secret that deceit often turns to bloodshed when millions of dollars are involved.
One of my early readers said these books remind her of the television series Bones and Castle, since Ruby and Hari dodge not only murder and mayhem but their own growing attraction. Since Bones and Castle are two of my favorite shows, I’d like to think she’s right!
Book 1, Dangerous Allies, will be available to order this summer, but you can start reading it on my blog next week. The next two books, Dangerous Benefits and Dangerous Comforts, are also scheduled to launch this summer. The fourth book in the series, tentatively titled Dangerous Deeds, will be out in the fall.
